SAM

SAM is a multi-purpose device that is primarily designed to operate with Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems.  It provides the hardware and a software framework within which to perform many different application specific functions, including operation as a radio over IP (RoIP) gateway or audio transcoder.

Alongside I/O specifically designed for LMR connectivity, the device also provides an on-board GPS receiver and extensive array of interfaces for connection of wireless networking equipment (WiFI, Bluetooth etc).
